Luo-Tian always work with the main target of providing our customers best possible service, by providing best performance on following areas:
Machining
Each one of our foundries have their own machining workshop, so we can extend the scope of supply of our parts with a wide variety of machining operations, such as: drilling, turning, milling, grinding, etc.
Heat treatment
We are able to adapt our products to customer mechanical requirements, in order to reach harness range required through different heat treatment processes like annealing, heat treatment, etc.
Surface treatment
Most of our customers demand we supply to them fully finished parts, which includes surface treatments like: electrophoresis, epoxy coating, zinc coating, etc.
In case of customer requirement, we can provide quality reports about coating layer thickness, as well as salt-spray resistance tests.
